Hakone country club was formed in July 1954.

The course lies in the middle of Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, and on the bottom of a caldera (radius approx. 8km) that is surrounded by the beautiful somma with elevation of approx. 1,000m.

The club sits in a very rare location with a grand 360-degree panoramic view of the somma.

On the course surrounded by this vast nature, one can enjoy wild local flowers and birds chirping and flying among branches.

Wild animals such as squirrels, hares, raccoons and foxes are watching players from a distance.
